Are your products original and authentic?

Yes. All products sold on our platform are 100% original and authentic. We source exclusively from verified luxury manufacturers and authorized suppliers to ensure the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

Why are some of your prices lower than standard market prices?

Our products are curated in bulk from a network of luxury European manufacturers and suppliers. In some cases, items may be available in limited quantities, specific sizes, or end-of-line selections. These factors allow us to benefit from preferential pricing, which we are pleased to pass on to our customers.

Why can some products be shipped to my country while others cannot?

As we work with multiple international suppliers, shipping availability varies by brand and product. Certain brand owners impose geographical shipping restrictions, which may limit delivery to specific countries or regions.

I added few items to the cart but I got a message saying "Item will not ship to your destination", what can I do?

Maybe only some products cannot ship to your country. Try removing any item from the cart and check again.

What can I do if I want to purchase a product that does not ship to my country?

You may consider using a third-party freight forwarding service such as Aramex Shop & Ship (https://www.shopandship.com). You can subscribe for a small yearly fee, and you will receive personal shipping addresses in multiple countries which can be used to place your order. Once delivered, Aramex will then forward the shipment to your home country for an additional fee based on weight.

For example: If you are based in Jordan and your order cannot ship to Jordan. You can use your Italy or France address provided by Aramex as your shipping address. Once your order reaches your Italy or France address Aramex will notify you and ship it to you to Jordan. Aramex will charge a small fee (usually per every 0.5Kg).

Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?

Once an order has been placed, modifications are generally not possible. However, a change to the delivery address may be accommodated if requested immediately and within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

Do the listed prices include VAT?

All prices displayed on the platform are exclusive of VAT. If the delivery destination is within the USA, European Union or the UAE, applicable VAT will be automatically calculated and added at checkout in accordance with local regulations. This all depends on the product purchased and its dispatching location.

Who is responsible for customs duties and import fees?

Customers are responsible for paying any local charges, including customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed fees. These charges are determined by local authorities, and we have no control over or visibility into their amount.

What is the processing and delivery timeframe?

For most products (excluding Cosmetics & Beauty), orders are processed within 1–3 working days, followed by DHL Express delivery. Estimated delivery time is generally 5–7 working days, though sometimes it might take up to 10 days depending on the destination. Cosmetics & Beauty products currently ship from the United States and Canada and may require a longer delivery timeframe, which will be provide on checkout.

Will my order be shipped in one package or multiple packages?

If your order includes items sourced from multiple distributors, each supplier will ship their items separately. Shipments will not be consolidated, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

How do you handle returns and refunds?

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once a refund is approved, processing times depend on your payment provider. Refunds typically take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.

What if something goes wrong during shipping?

We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or refused after delivery confirmation, delays or seizures caused by customs authorities, or issues arising from incorrect shipping information or buyer-side errors.
